Total advisory services - Havkraft - at Naturcenter Amager Strand

The assignment comprises total advisory services in connection with the expansion of facilities at Naturcenter Amager Strand and the Blue Association's building, which is being established as part of the Havkraft project at Naturcenter Amager Strand. This will create an expansion of an active hub focused on community, learning, and nature experiences by Øresund. The project combines education, association activities, and maritime and water activities, and offers new facilities for children, young people, and adults. The goal is to make nature more accessible and strengthen communities across ages and experience levels. Sustainability must be prioritized. Outdoor areas must be improved, and existing facilities must be usable throughout the process. The tendered assignment includes total advisory services in relation to the phases specified in YBL 18. A more precise specification of the consultant's services is provided in the tender material. The total advisor is obliged, throughout the entire process, to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders, including, but not limited to, Byggeri København (ByK), the Culture and Leisure Administration (KFF), user representatives at Havkraft, the Climate, Environment, and Technical Administration (KTF), and other authorities and their potential advisors, so that all relevant stakeholders are heard and, to the agreed extent, accommodated in terms of layout, design, and execution.
