Udbuddet gennemføres som et begrænset udbud , og består både af en prækvalifikationsfase (jf. afsnit 2) og en tilbudsfase (jf. afsnit 3). Det vil udelukkende være de prækvalificerede virksomheder, der inviteres til at afgive tilbud. Den nye daginstitution i Virring skal imødekomme kapacitetsbehovet for børnepasning, herunder erstatte den midlertidige institution Børnehuset Toftegården. Daginstitutionen skal opføres iht. Statens Byggeforskningsinstitut kvalitetsniveau C med tilhørende produktionskøkken. Normeringen for den nye daginstitution er 100 børn fordelt på 20 vuggestuebørn og 80 børnehavebørn samt 26-30 voksne fordelt på pædagogisk personale og øvrige medarbejdere. Daginstitutionen skal dog indrettes som et fleksibelt dagtilbud til 0-6 årige, så huset over tid kan tilpasse sig de aktuelle behov og rumme variationer af både børnehavepladser og vuggestuepladser. Normering: 20 VU-børn, 80 BH-børn fordelt på 5-6 grupper Personale: 26-30 stk. inkl. køkkenpersonale Samlet bruttoareal: 760 m2 Byggeriet forventes at skulle udbydes en Totalrådgiver som en Hovedentreprise via en begrænset udbud. - Bæredygtighed og CO2 Skanderborg Kommune ønsker at efterlade så få klima- og miljøbelastede aftryk som muligt. Det skal ske ved helhedsorienterede tilgang, der sikrer, at kommunens bygninger er bæredygtige i både social, økonomisk, klima og miljømæssig henseende. I Udbudsmaterialets Bilag A – Programoplæg er kravene til bl.a. bæredygtighed angivet. Foruden at skulle opfylde Skanderborg Kommunes ”Politik for Kommunalt Byggeri”, skal byggeriet bygges efter gældende Bygningsreglement. Der forventes, at skulle ansøges om byggetilladelse i 2025. - Kunstnerisk udsmykning Der er afsat 1% af håndværkerudgifter til integreret kunstnerisk udsmykning af byggeriet. Bygherre varetager valg af kunstform og omfang af integration i byggeriet i samarbejde med totalrådgiveren og Skanderborg Kommunes Kunstråd.
