Total advisory services for a new Daycare Institution in Virring

This tender concerns the procurement of total advisory services for Skanderborg Municipality for the construction of a new daycare institution in Virring, which will accommodate 100 children (20 nursery places and 80 kindergarten places), but will also be designed as a flexible daycare facility for 0-6 year olds, so that the building can adapt to current needs over time and accommodate variations of both kindergarten and nursery places. The tender will be conducted as a restricted tender and consists of both a pre-qualification phase (see section 2) and a tender phase (see section 3). Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to submit tenders. The new daycare institution in Virring must meet the capacity needs for childcare, including replacing the temporary institution Børnehuset Toftegården. The daycare institution must be built according to the Danish Institute of Building Research quality level C with an associated production kitchen. The staffing for the new daycare institution is 100 children divided into 20 nursery children and 80 kindergarten children, as well as 26-30 adults divided into pedagogical staff and other employees. However, the daycare institution must be designed as a flexible daycare facility for 0-6 year olds, so that the building can adapt to current needs over time and accommodate variations of both kindergarten and nursery places. Staffing: 20 nursery children, 80 kindergarten children divided into 5-6 groups Personnel: 26-30 persons including kitchen staff Total gross area: 760 m2 The construction is expected to be tendered to a Total Advisor as a Main Contract via a restricted tender. - Sustainability and CO2 Skanderborg Municipality wishes to leave as few climate and environmental impacts as possible. This must be achieved through a holistic approach that ensures that the municipality's buildings are sustainable in social, economic, climate, and environmental terms. In Annex A – Program Outline of the tender material, the requirements for sustainability, among other things, are stated. In addition to meeting Skanderborg Municipality's "Policy for Municipal Construction", the building must be constructed in accordance with the current Building Regulations. Building permission is expected to be applied for in 2025. - Artistic decoration 1% of craft costs are allocated for integrated artistic decoration of the building. The client will manage the choice of art form and the extent of integration in the building in collaboration with the total advisor and Skanderborg Municipality's Art Council.
