Touchscreens
Opdrachtgever: Stichting voor christelijk voortgezet onderwijs op reformatorische grondslag voor Veenendaal en omgeving
De opdracht betreft het leveren van touchscreens aan opdrachtgever. Opdrachtnemer voert de opdracht uit conform het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1.
De volgende diensten maken onderdeel uit van de opdracht:
- Advisering, levering, montage, installatie, garantie- en serviceverlening en reparatie van de geleverde touchscreens en aanverwante artikelen zoals liften.
- Site survey (bezichtiging van de ruimten waar de betreffende touchscreens geplaatst dienen te worden. Dit om eventuele problemen bij de installatie te voorkomen) van tevoren voor nieuwe opstellingen.
- Onderhoud en garantieafhandeling van de door opdrachtnemer geleverde touchscreens gedurende de garantieperiode.
- Training & opleiding op verzoek van opdrachtgever voor medewerkers en docenten van opdrachtgever. De inhoud van de training wordt in overleg bepaald.
Het doel van de opdracht is het op praktische wijze voorzien in kwalitatief goede touchscreens die een zeer hoge mate van beschikbaarheid hebben.
