PROJECT DESCRIPTION The scope of the 2026 Miscellaneous Concrete Program includes the replacement of various lengths and location of concrete monolithic walks, separate sidewalk sections, and asphalt patching work within the Town of Swan Hills. INVITATION TO BIDDER The Town of Swan Hills has contracted Select Engineering Consultants Ltd. to solicit bids for the removal and replacement of miscellaneous concrete and asphalt repair areas within the Town of Swan Hills. SOLICITATION OF OFFERS .1 Bids clearly marked “Town of Swan Hills – 2026 Miscellaneous Concrete” will be received via the Bids and Tenders platform before 2:00:00 pm local time on Tuesday, September 1st, 2026 .2 Digital Bid Documents can be obtained from https://selecteng.bidsandtenders.ca. .3 Questions regarding the bid are to be submitted through the bidding system using the “Submit a Question” feature. .4 The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept an offer which is deemed most advantageous. The lowest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
