Description

An invitation by the Town of Sylvan Lake (the “Town”) to prospective qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of one (1) constructed, stand-alone garage at the NexSource Centre, 4823 49 Avenue. The finished garage building will have a 30’ W x 26’ D footprint, 10’ tall interior walls, and a 4:12 pitch roof. A graded, base-prepped site ready for footings and foundation and have a development permit and general building permit in place. More specifics to the project can be found within the RFP.
