04-Jun-2026 The Government of Rwanda (GoR) has received funds from the African Development Bank (AfDB), towards the implementation of the Kigali Urban Transport Improvement (KUTI) project and intends to apply part of the funds to make eligible payments under the contract for the Technical Assistance as Traffic management/Junction Expert. The Rwanda Transport Development Agency as the implementing agency intends to engage a highly qualified individual consultant-Traffic Management/Junction Expert, to provide services as per the Terms of References (ToRs).
