HOAI sowie die in der Leistungsbeschreibung näher beschriebenen Besonderen Leistungen erforderlich. Die Beauftragung erfolgt in Leistungsstufen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf Beauftragung weiterer Leistungsstufen besteht nicht. Der Auftragnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Leistungen der weiteren Leistungsstufen zu erbringen, wenn der Auftraggeber sie ihm überträgt.
