De Omgevingsdienst Zuidoost-Brabant (OD2O8) staat voor complexe en maatschappelijk relevante vraagstukken op het snijvlak van milieu, regelgeving en handhaving. Binnen het team juridische zaken is behoefte ontstaan aan versterking op het gebied van bestuursrecht, met name in het behandelen van bezwaar-, handhavings- en beroepsprocedures.ODZOB wil investeren in de structurele inzet van twee juridische talenten die kunnen meegroeien met het team. De voorkeur gaat uit naar talenten met een juridische opleidingen sterke affiniteit met bestuursrecht en milieuwetgeving, die zich in de praktijk willen ontwikkelen tot zelfstandig opererend juristen.EISENDe duur van het traineeship is maximaal 1 jaar waarna de trainee zonder kosten in dienst kunnen treden bij de ODZOB.LET OP: Er zijn voorkeurskandidaten.
