Als frontofficemedewerker burgerzaken/KCC bij het team Dienstverlening ben je van waarde voor alle inwoners van de gemeente Den Helder. Alle eerste lijnscontacten en vragen tussen gemeente en de inwoners lopen via jou. Je bent het gezicht van de gemeente en vaak het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de burger. Burgers kunnen bij met vragen terecht of vragen een rijbewijs, reisdocument of uittreksel aan. Dit ga je doen Dagelijks ben je samen met collega?s bezig met het afhandelen van verschillende vragen van de klanten via diverse kanalen (receptie, balie, telefoon, digitaal) en verzorg je ook de afgifte van een rijbewijs of een reisdocument. Je taken zijn heel divers. Dan zit je aan de balie dan weer aan de telefoon of handelt vragen en/of producten die digitaal zijn aangevraagd zelfstandig af. Ook de vragen die je krijgt zijn divers. Van meldingen over een kapotte lantaarnpaal of omgevallen boom tot vragen over reisdocumenten en rijbewijzen en andere zaken. Wij streven ernaar om 80% van alle vragen meteen te beantwoorden. Aan de balie verstrek je o.a. diverse uittreksels en verzorgt de aanvragen van rijbewijzen en reisdocumenten. Wij in totaal op zoek naar drie trainees. Deze functies zijn ontstaan vanwege de verwachte piek met betrekking tot reisdocumenten die er de komende vijf jaar zal zijn.
