Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je realizace nové tramvajové trati o délce 1,8 km vedené ze zastávky Libuš severně Novodvorskou ulicí a ukončené blokovou smyčkou ulicemi Durychova, Libušská a Chýnovská u budoucí stanice metra D Nové Dvory. V rámci akce dojde ke změně uspořádání uličních profilů dotčených ulic a jejich křižovatek. V blokové smyčce jsou zřízeny v Novodvorské i Durychově ulici předjízdné koleje pro odstavování souprav na konečné, jinak je bloková smyčka jednokolejná. Součástí stavby jsou dva páry zastávek na dvoukolejné trati a tři samostatné zastávky u jednokolejné trati. Součásti stavby budou rovněž vyvolané přeložky a stavby sítí technické infrastruktury a dalších nezbytných stavebních úprav v území a veřejném prostoru dle projektové dokumentace. V rámci přeložek inženýrských sítí je zcela zásadní vynucená přeložka páteřního vodovodu profilu 2 x DN 1200 v délce každého z řadů cca 1 km. Součástí plnění je dopracování realizační dokumentace stavby (dále jen „RDS“) a dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby (dále „DSPS“). Součástí plnění Veřejné zakázky jsou rovněž veškeré pomocné a přidružené činnosti (např. zajištění atestů, zkoušek, revizních zpráv, protokolů UTZ, průkazů způsobilosti a dalších specifikovaných dokladů apod.), a rovněž i poskytnutí součinnosti ze strany vybraného dodavatele při obstarání povolení zkušebního provozu a kolaudačního rozhodnutí. Bližší specifikace předmětu plnění je uvedena v závazném vzoru smlouvy a jeho přílohách.
