Description

Transformation de l'immeuble d'habitation sis à la route Aloys-Fauquez 1 en logements pour étudiants (LUP) grâce à un assainissement énergétique et une adaptation structurelle de l’ouvrage. L’objet du présent appel d’offres est la mise en concurrence d’un marché d’entreprise totale avec reprise des concepts développés initialement par le maître de l’ouvrage et ses mandataires. Cet appel d’offres est réservé aux entreprises totales capables de développer l’ensemble du dossier de préparation d’exécution et d’exécution sur la base du dossier de projet de l’ouvrage et d’autorisation de construire, puis la construction et la mise en service de l’ouvrage pour un prix forfaitaire, dans les délais fixés en choisissant, mandatant et coordonnant elle-même les mandataires professionnellement qualifiés et des entreprises sous-traitantes de qualité. Les objectifs fixés par le MO sont les suivants : maîtriser le coût global de l’opération ; respecter les délais définis ; bénéficier d’une qualité et d’une organisation irréprochables.
