Le présent marché concerne les transports sanitaires suite à la prise en charge de personnes accidentées, blessées ou en détresse sur le domaine skiable de Valmeinier par la SEMVAL. Le marché est passé sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, conclu sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum de 100 000 euro(s) HT par an. Les prestations seront exécutées au fur et à mesure des besoins de la SEMVAL, par l'émission de bons de commande, dans la limite du montant maximum annuel fixé au présent marché. Le présent accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée initiale d'un an à compter de sa date de notification.
