TENDER NOTICE FOR TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS AND VEHICLES AND PROVISION OF RELATED SERVICES Sealed tenders are invited from reputed suppliers, contractors, or firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for transportation of goods, and vehicles from Check posts/ JCPs /ASUs/DES to warehouses and other sites operating under the jurisdiction of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad and shifting / transportation of goods and vehicles from/to different places and related other services for the Financial Years, 2026-27 SCOPE OF WORK The Successful Bidder Shall Be Responsible For: i. Shifting of seized goods from various Check posts/ JCPs /ASUs/DES to warehouses and other situated within the jurisdiction of the Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad, and shifting / transportation of goods and vehicles from/to different places and related other services but not limited to: • Hyderabad Division • Nawabshah Division • Sukkur Division • Larkana Division • Mirpurkhas Division ii. Provision of labor, logistics support, and any other related services as required. iii. Rates must be quoted according to the following criteria: • 20 Ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading. • 40 Ft Container up to 50 km including loading and unloading • 20 Ft Container up to 350 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad ⇌ Sukkur). • 40 Ft Container up to 350 km including loading and unloading (Hyderabad ⇌ Sukkur) • Large Crane/excavator service per hour. • Small Crane/excavator service per hour. • Large lifter service per hour. • Small lifter service per hour. • Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 350 km. • Car Carrier for transportation of LTV up to distance of 1200 km. • Transportation in Shahzore or similar vehicle for up to distancing of 150 km including loading and unloading. • Transportation in Mazda Truck or similar vehicle for distance up to 150 km including loading and unloading. • Provision of labor in batch of five persons per shift (8 hours a shift). Terms and Conditions i. Sealed bids must be dropped in the Tender Box placed in the Administration Branch, CoC Enforcement, A-49 site area Hyderabad and to submit online bids on Epads through PPRA official website on or before 26.08.2026 up to 1400 hours. These bids will be opened on the same day at 1500 hours in the presence of bidders or so their authorized representatives who may like to witness the opening up of sealed tenders. ii. Following documents must be attached with the tender documents: • Copy of valid Sales Tax Registration. • Copy of valid Income Tax Registration. • Business Profile of last 3years. • Authority letter showing the details of authorized person for administrative division. • Experience certificate(s) for providing similar services to Government / Semi-government reputed private organizations during the last three (03) years. • Copy of CNIC of the authorized person and bank statement • An affidavit confirming that the company is not blacklisted anywhere. iii. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the provisions envisaged under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules 2004. iv. No bidder shall be allowed to alter or modify his/ her bid after opening of the bids. v. No conditional bids shall be accepted. vi. Rates should be inclusive of all taxes. vii. Bids must be attached with a pay order in the name of The Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Hyderabad equivalent to Rs. 100,000 as a call deposit. viii. The rates shall be valid for six months and may be revised thereafter keeping in view the market fluctuation and inflation/deflation. ix. Incomplete quotations shall not be considered in any case.
