Agency: ILO | Reference: rfx_11764_ROLAC | Type: Request for quotation Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit an offer for the collection, transportation and door-to-door delivery of three notebook computers from the ILO Office in Brasília/DF to Comissão Pastoral da Terra (CPT) in Tucumã/PA, Brazil, under this Light Request for Quotation (Light RFQ). The service shall include tracking, insurance and proof of delivery, in accordance with the Terms of Reference available in Portuguese and English in the attachment area. To prepare and submit your offer, please review the attached Terms of Reference and the requirements specified in the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (JAGGAER). Your offer shall be submitted in Brazilian reais (BRL), inclusive of all costs, together with the required supporting documents. You may submit an offer provided that your company is qualified, able and willing to perform the services specified in this Light RFQ. Failure to comply with its requirements may render your offer ineligible for consideration. The ILO must receive your complete offer through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform no later than the deadline specified in the event. Late offers shall be rejected. Please upload all required documents and complete the submission process before the deadline, as the system will block further submissions once the deadline has expired.
