Será responsabilidad del operador que se adjudique esta licitación, la contratación del personal ( choferes) requerido, su administración y la atención de todas las obligaciones y derechos contractuales, pago de remuneraciones, control de feriados, permisos y descuentos legales, pagos previsionales y tributarios, mantención de convenios colectivos si los hubiere, redacción y liquidación de finiquitos, licencia de accidentes de trabajo y tramites de pago de subsidios, tramitación de pago de asignaciones familiares y beneficios de la caja de compensación, etc; de acuerdo a la legislación laboral vigente, así como también todos aquellos gastos que demande la adecuada prestación del servicio.
