Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die Lieferung vollständig betriebsbereiter elektrischer 3,5-Tonnen-Transportfahrzeuge, bestehend aus dem Grundfahrzeug und dem vollständigen Aufbau mit Pritsche, Hebebühne und Verdeck. Die Ausschreibung umfasst drei Fahrzeuge verbindlich sowie zwei zusätzliche Fahrzeuge als Option. Alle Fahrzeuge sind in identischer Ausführung zu liefern. Die detaillierten technischen Anforderungen und Leistungspositionen sind im beigelegten Leistungsverzeichnis (Beilage B6) enthalten. Die Anbieter haben sämtliche dort aufgeführten Leistungen vollständig anzubieten. Die Leistung ist als Gesamtlieferung durch einen einzigen Generalunternehmer zu erbringen. Tiefbau Stadt Bern verlangt eine einzige vertragliche Ansprechperson, welche die vollständige Lieferung inklusive Aufbau sowie die Koordination allfälliger Subunternehmungen verantwortet.
