In the event that two or more offers obtain the same score, the mechanism for resolving successive ties that may occur in the final evaluation result will be as follows: - In the first instance to break the tie, the proposal that obtained the best score in the criterion: PRICE will be considered. - If the tie continues, the proposal that obtained the best score in the criterion: BIDDER EXPERIENCE will be considered. - If the tie continues, the offer with the best score in the criterion: COMPLIANCE WITH FORMAL REQUIREMENTS will be considered. - And as the last tie-breaking criterion, the proposal that obtained the best score in the criterion: INTEGRITY PACT will be considered. If the tie persists until the end, the University, through the evaluation manager, will propose to the rector or whoever they have delegated the authority to, to award the proposal to the bidder who first submitted their offer on www.mercadopublico.cl, with the information provided by the web portal being sufficient evidence; and if there are offers that were submitted at the same time or the submission date cannot be determined, said authority will decide the award. Bidders may make inquiries about the award to the University within the fatal period of 2 business days from the publication of the award resolution in the system www.mercadopublico.cl, which will be the mechanism for resolving inquiries about the award and the means by which the corresponding response will be provided. The university has the faculty to allow the submission of certifications or documents that bidders have omitted to submit at the time of making the offer, provided that such certifications or documents were produced or obtained prior to the deadline for submitting offers or refer to situations that are not mutable between the deadline for submitting offers and the evaluation period.
