Original language: PortugueseTrata-se da contratação de empresa especializada para o fornecimento de materiais de papelaria e brindes personalizados, consistentes em blocos de anotações (formato 15x21 cm, capa em kraft 125g ou similar e miolo com 50 folhas em papel offset 75g/m²) e canetas esferográficas (corpo em material ecológico ou plástico de alta densidade, acionamento por clique, carga azul e ponta de tungstênio 1.0 mm), personalizados com a identidade visual do evento e logomarca do CRESS-GO, totalizando 370 blocos e 400 canetas. O fornecimento será realizado em lote único, visando assegurar a padronização visual e a eficiência logística, adotando-se como critério de julgamento o menor preço global. A entrega deverá ocorrer em remessa única na sede do CRESS-GO, em Goiânia, conforme o cronograma da Semana do/da Assistente Social 2026, prevista para os dias 14 e 15 de maio. Compete à contratada a adequação das artes aos gabaritos de impressão, a submissão de provas digitais para aprovação em até três dias úteis após a nota de empenho, a garantia da qualidade de impressão com alta fixação e fidelidade às cores, a execução integral da logística, incluindo frete, carga e descarga, e a substituição de itens com defeito no prazo de até 48 horas. O objeto caracteriza-se como material de consumo comum, não sendo de luxo, essencial ao suporte pedagógico e à organização do evento. A vigência contratual será de 12 meses, podendo ser prorrogada nos termos da Lei nº 14.133/2021. Em caso de divergência com o Compras.gov.br, prevalecerá este Termo de Referência. O serviço será considerado executado mediante a entrega integral e verificação qualitativa dos itens.
