The Government of the Republic of Niger (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower") has received from the International Development Association (IDA) (the "Bank") in the form of a credit " (hereinafter referred to as "funds") to finance the cost of the NIGER-LIRE PROJECT (Learning Improvement for Results in Education) for the program to revitalize the post-primary, primary, secondary and vocational education sector, modernization, development of education and vocational training implemented by the Ministry of National Education, Literacy and Promotion of Languages (MEN/A/PL).
The Ministry of National Education, through the Niger-Lire Project, is soliciting sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to carry out the construction works for classrooms and related structures of the open phase in the Niamey region.
The works are divided into five (05) distinct lots as follows:
- Lot 1 : Construction works for 21 classrooms and related structures including laboratories at CEG Tondibiah, CEG Koubia Kaina in Commune I of Niamey city, Niamey region;
- Lot 2 : Construction works for 12 classrooms and related structures including laboratories at CES Soudouré (DIORI HAMANI), CEG Cite Chinoise in Commune I of Niamey city, Niamey region;
- Lot 3 : Construction works for 19 classrooms and related structures including laboratories at CEG Banifandou II, CEG Bossey Bangou in Communes II and III of Niamey city, Niamey region;
- Lot 4 : Construction works for 18 classrooms and related structures including laboratories at CEG Saga Gorou 4, CES FA/Sary Koubou in Commune IV of Niamey city, Niamey region;
