L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché porte sur les travaux de plomberie et de sanitaire à réaliser dans le cadre des travaux d'entretien, de grosses réparations et de rénovation des bâtiments et sites de la Ville de Cannes et de la Communauté d'Agglomération de Cannes Pays de Lérins. Ces travaux consistent principalement en travaux de grosses réparations et rénovations des installations sanitaires et réalisation de tous travaux courants de plomberie à partir de canalisations de toute nature (adduction d'eau potable, évacuation eaux usées eaux vannes, installations de gaz, installation de réseaux), ainsi que les installations de production d'eau chaude sanitaire, de chauffage, de ventilation mécanique contrôlée, et de climatisation à réaliser pour les bâtiments et locaux communaux. Le marché est établi sous la forme d'un accord cadre à bons de commande, en raison de l'indétermination du rythme et de l'étendue du besoin : en fonction des besoins en travaux et des demandes le nécessitant, la fréquence et l'importance des prestations peuvent varier en cours d'année L'accord cadre est passé avec minimum et maximum pour la ville de Cannes et sans minimum et avec maximum pour la CACPL VDC mini 300 000 euros HT / maxi 1 200 000 euros HT CACPL mini 0 euros HT / maxi 250 000 euros HT Les montants sont identiques pour chaque période de reconduction
