- The Republic of Djibouti has received financing from the World Bank for the Djibouti Resilient Agri-Food Value Chain Development Project (FAR), and intends to apply part of this credit to make payments under the Contract for the construction of eight (08) production boreholes and agricultural land development.
- The Project Management Unit of MAEPE-RH invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit sealed bids for the works consisting of the construction of eight (08) boreholes for production and agricultural land development in rural areas.
- The works are divided into three (3) lots: Lot 1 - two (02) boreholes in Arwo and Doudoub Bololeh; Lot 2 - three (03) boreholes in PK9, Toha and Warabad; Lot 3 - three (03) boreholes in Doda 4, Doda 5 and Daffeynatou.
- The procedure will be conducted by national competitive bidding using a Request for Bids (RFB) as defined in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for Investment Project Financing Borrowers" ("Procurement Regulations"), and open to all eligible bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
