- The MOUDOUN Project, acting on behalf of the Municipalities of Fassala, Megve, and Bassiknou, Contracting Authorities, is seeking bids in sealed envelopes from eligible candidates meeting the required qualifications to carry out the WORKS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND REHABILITATION OF DRINKING WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS IN THE LOCALITIES SURROUNDING THE M'BERRA CAMP. The works will be carried out in three (03) distinct lots as follows:
Lot 1: Works for the rehabilitation of a drinking water supply system in the localities of Teberkou and Guessemara and the construction of a new drinking water supply system in the locality of El Meimoun, Fassala municipality;
Lot 2: Works for the rehabilitation of a drinking water supply system in the localities of Lebreyni, Fassala municipality, MBerra 1, Megve municipality, and Baghdad, Bassiknou municipality.
Lot 3: Works for the rehabilitation of a drinking water supply system in the localities of Kinderle and the strengthening of the energy of the drinking water supply system in the locality of Laghdaf, Fassala municipality;
Candidates may bid for all lots, but the maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a single Bidder is two (02) lots.

7. Qualification requirements are:
- Have an average annual turnover for construction works of at least
Lot 1: Fifteen million (15,000,000) MRU,
Lot 2: Twelve million (12,000,000) MRU, and
Lot 3: Four million (4,000,000) MRU
This turnover will be calculated as follows: the total of mandated payments received for ongoing and/or completed contracts during the last three (3) years (2023, 2024, and 2025) divided by three (3). The amounts of work must be justified exclusively by certificates issued by the contracting authorities and project managers. To be accepted, these certificates must (i) mention the contract amount and its completion date, or failing that, attach the cover page of the contract to the certificate. They must be issued by public or parastatal legal entities or any other recognized international organization.
