Les prestations devront respecter les règles en matière de communication et visibilité de l’Union Européenne : https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/knowledge-hub/communicating-and-raising-eu-visibility-guidance-external-actions_fr Le dossier d'appel d'offres doit être téléchargé à partir du portail des marchés publics accessible à l'adresse : www.marchespublics.gov.ma .
