Original language: FrenchDans le cadre de la rénovation et de l'extension de l'école primaire Brouch à Esch-sur-Alzette, des travaux de terrassement, de blindage et de gros œuvre sont prévus pour la seconde phase du chantier. Il s’agit de la construction de deux nouveaux bâtiments, dénommés B et E. Le bâtiment B sera entièrement construit en béton armé et comprendra quatre étages, du sous-sol au niveau +2. Le bâtiment E sera une construction mixte en béton armé et en charpente bois. Dans le cadre de cette soumission, seules les parties en béton armé sont à réaliser, à savoir le sous-sol ainsi que les cages d’escalier, du rez-de-chaussée jusqu’au niveau +2. De plus, la construction du bâtiment E nécessitera des travaux de pieux. Le sous-sol des deux bâtiments sera réalisé en cuve blanche. Début / Durée des travaux : 22 septembre 2025 / 220 jours ouvrables
