Original language: GermanSBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Mit dem an der Grellkamp liegenden Ersatz erfolgt eine überwiegende Neustrukturierung des Standorts. In dem zweigeschossigen Baukörper finden Verwaltungsflächen, eine Vitalküche und Mensabereich, sowie Klassen und Fachräume ihren neuen Platz. Die großzügige Fläche von Mensa und Gemeinschaftsfläche mit einer Bühne ist eine erdgeschossige Versammlungsstätte. Im Obergeschoss werden vier große Kompartments errichtet, die mit dazwischen liegenden Treppenhäusern mit notwendigen Fluren erschlossen werden. Die Wärmeerzeugung erfolgt über Fernwärme, auf den Dachflächen werden PV Flächen errichtet. Der Neubau erhält eine Förderung für den klimafreundlichen Neubau (KfN) und wird in diesem Rahmen eine DGNB Gold zertifiziert. Das gewählte Tragwerk als eine Mischung zwischen Stahlbetonkonstruktion und Holzbauweise begünstigt die Bauzeit und lässt sowohl spätere Umnutzungen als auch den Einsatz nachhaltiger Baustoffe zu.
