Trolleybus line Černovické terasy

The subject of the contract is the execution of the work titled “Trolleybus line Černovické terasy”, consisting of the following works and supplies: a) completion of the construction execution documentation in the form of change documentation for the implementation of the construction (hereinafter also referred to as “change documentation”), i.e., project documentation amending the original project documentation at the stage of documentation for contractor selection titled: “Trolleybus line Černovické terasy”, prepared by SUDOP BRNO, spol. s r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “project documentation”) with the contracting authority’s requirements specified in the annexes to the commercial terms (draft works contract). b) procurement of matters in the sense of obtaining permits for the change of the construction before completion and ensuring the issuance of a decision on the permit for the change of the construction before completion according to the change documentation by the competent building authority, c) implementation of the construction of a new trolleybus line, including cable routes and Slatina and Terasy substations, in accordance with the project documentation and the change documentation.
