Supply of sliding carbon for trolleybus current collectors

Supply of sliding carbon for trolleybus current collectors within a framework purchase agreement. Quantity: 12,000 pcs / 12 months. The Contracting Authority undertakes to issue orders totaling 95% of the framework quantity fixed in the framework agreement. The Tenderer must submit its offer taking this into account. The Contracting Authority draws attention to the provisions of § 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.). In its offer, the Tenderer must declare regarding the offered product whether it is classified as a hazardous substance or preparation according to current legal regulations. If the product is classified as a hazardous substance or preparation, a safety data sheet in Hungarian, compliant with the provisions of Act XXV of 2000 on chemical safety, must be submitted with its offer and for every delivery, as detailed in the guide/Technical Specification. The Contracting Authority draws the Tenderer's attention to the requirement to attach a safety data sheet compliant with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008! In its offer, the Tenderer must declare, duly signed by the company, among other things, that: • it acknowledges and accepts in all respects the conditions set forth in the Invitation to Tender, the Procurement Guide and all its annexes, the draft contract, and any clarifications and supplements, additional information provided by the Contracting Authority; • it will commence performance within 5 working days of the contract coming into effect, and undertakes to perform within the duration of the contract according to the schedule requested by the Contracting Authority and in the quantities specified in the orders; • it will ensure the product with the specified quality and, if awarded, will supply the product offered in the tender for the entire duration of the contract; • it acknowledges that the first delivery cannot exceed 90 days; • within how many working days after sending the order it undertakes to deliver the product after the first delivery; • it undertakes that, if awarded, during the performance of the contract, after the first delivery, it will keep at least 2,000 pcs of the product in stock in its warehouse, considering potential production problems, raw material shortages, or other unforeseen obstacles; • whether the product to be supplied is classified as a hazardous substance or preparation according to Act XXV of 2000 and Government Decree 42/2000 (XII. 27); • whether the used product must be treated as hazardous waste – according to the relevant legal regulations; • it undertakes a warranty period of at least 12 months from the date of acceptance, and furthermore: o declares that the mileage of the product to be supplied is at least 3,000 km per year on average under normal operating conditions; o declares that the mileage of the product to be supplied is at least 1,500 km per year on average even under extreme weather conditions (in winter with icy, frosty, rime-covered overhead lines); o acknowledges that the Contracting Authority may periodically initiate a warranty claim based on the ratio of cumulative vehicle mileage and the number of carbon pairs used, if increased product consumption, despite normal conditions, is clearly attributable to manufacturing quality; • in case of malfunction during the warranty period, it undertakes to compensate for damages resulting from the malfunction; • it will commence the repair of a defect covered by the warranty within 2 working days and complete it within 5 working days; • it will ensure the delivery of the product, the collection of the defective product in case of warranty claim, and the return of the replaced product to the Contracting Authority, for which no separate fee will be charged; • the spare parts to be supplied and their technical, quality, and operational parameters are equivalent to those specified by the manufacturer for the new product; • it acknowledges that the supply of products that have been installed, repaired, or refurbished elsewhere (including factory refurbished or rebuilt) is not accepted; • it undertakes to protect the integrity of the product during transport and storage...
