Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on Eesti ajakirjanduspärandi digiteerimisteenuse tellimine vastavalt hankedokumentides (sh lisas 1) esitatud tingimustele. Riigihangete registrisse märgitud hankelepingu alguskuupäev on eelduslik ja pole õiguslikult siduv.
