De gevraagde levering dient volledig aan alle in de in het Programma van Eisen geformuleerde technische en functionele eisen te voldoen. Aanbestedende dienst heeft geen afname verplichting. De doelstelling van deze aanbesteding (Tender 2025-MER-T174750) is, binnen een budget van €415.000,- (excl. BTW en ex onderhoud), Turnkey delivery en een vruchtbare en langdurige samenwerking voor het gebruik van het gevraagde Systeem met een Opdrachtnemer te realiseren.
