Turun kaupungin konsernihallinnon hankintapalvelut pyytää tarjouksia ulkomainonnan järjestämisestä Turun kaupungin yleisillä alueilla ajalle 1.5.2026 (tavoite) -30.4.2037. Kilpailutuksen perusteella valittava operaattori voi käyttöoikeussopimusten perusteella sijoittaa sopimusten kohteena oleviin mainospaikkoihin mainospintoja ja myydä niistä media-aikaa omille asiakkailleen.
