Security and surveillance services on an annual contract basis for properties and premises owned, managed, and supervised by the Municipality of Vihti, and from 01.05.2026-30.04.2028 + option for 2 years

The Municipality of Vihti, Property Services, is requesting bids for the security and surveillance services defined below for the period 01.05.2026 – 30.04.2028 + possible option years. VAT-exclusive prices for the services are to be provided as required on the tender form, including all costs. See Service Description section: Concepts/ Price. The subject of the procurement is the properties and premises (sites) owned, managed, and supervised by the Municipality of Vihti. The sites are listed in a separate appendix, which also includes the alarm types for the sites and whether the site is included in the patrol service (Appendix 1). The selection criterion for the service provider is the accepted total price, ranked by price, which consists of the combined monthly price for patrol service of standard sites (Appendix 1) and alarm center services, plus the hourly rate for guarding x 20 hours. The accepted bid must also include the set response times, which will help ensure the level of service provided. The client reserves the right to use a security company outside the contract concluded based on the tender in individual cases. The decision to activate possible option years will be made in accordance with the administrative regulations of the Municipality of Vihti.
