Description

Dit perceel betreft de volledige sloop van de ziekenhuisvleugel, tot op 80cm boven het maaiveld en zal dienen als borstwering voor de kelder. De binnenmuren dwars op de buitenmuren worden afgebroken onder een hoek van 45° en gaan de rol van steunbeer vervullen. Het buitenschrijnwerk, met uitzondering van de sectionaalpoort, in de gevel wordt verwijderd. Alle raam- en deuropeningen, worden dichtgegoten met de beton. Boven op het gesloopte metselwerk wordt een betonbalk, ongewapend, ter plaatse gegoten die zal dienen als afdichting tegen insijpeling van regenwater. De vloer van de kelder alsook een deel van de binnenmuren wordt behouden omwille van de stabiliteit. pagina 8 van 41 De tellers bevinden zich in het linkerdeel, het deel dat aangebouwd is aan de toren/donjon. Dit deel van het gebouw wordt gesloopt tot afdekking kelder en krijgt een waterdichting.
