Description

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council (TWBC) is looking to procure for Planned Maintenance (PPM), Statutory Compliance, Emergency Call Out, Responsive Repairs and Minor Building Maintenance Works to Council buildings throughout the Borough. The tender consists of 4 specialist Lots. The lots are as Follows: Lot 3A (Heating and Mechanical), Lot 3B (HVAC Controls and Renewables), Lot 3C (Water Hygiene and Specialist Water systems), Lot 4 (Lift Maintenance). There is no restriction on how many of these lots that can be bid for, and also irrespective of any other lots already held. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, emergency response, repairs and minor works relating to heating and general mechanical building services. This includes boilers, heating systems, pumps, pressurisation equipment, pipework, hot water generation plant, mechanical distribution systems and associated equipment across the Council's property portfolio. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), statutory compliance, reactive maintenance, repairs and minor works relating to HVAC systems, air conditioning, ventilation systems, ductwork, building management systems (BMS), controls, renewable energy systems and associated specialist equipment across the Council's property portfolio. Delivery of water hygiene management, Legionella control services, water risk assessments, monitoring, testing, sampling, disinfection, treatment systems maintenance and associated specialist water system services across the Council's property portfolio. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, emergency call-out, breakdown attendance, passenger release services, repairs and minor refurbishment works relating to lifts, platform lifts, stairlifts, goods lifts and associated lifting equipment across the Council's property portfolio.
