Original language: fiHankinnan kohteena ovat työnhaku- ja uravalmennuspalvelut Raaseporin työllisyysalueella. Palvelu on tarkoitettu Raaseporin työllisyysalueen työikäisille työnhakija-asiakkaille, jotka tarvitsevat tukea työnhakuun, urasuunnitteluun tai koulutukseen hakeutumiseen. Asiakkaat voivat tarvita tietoa työ- ja koulutusvaihtoehdoista sekä tukea oman osaamisen kartoittamiseen. Palvelun kohderyhmä on ensisijaisesti työttömät asiakkaat, sekä lisäksi lomautetut ja ei-työttömät asiakkaat (kuten 0-tuntisopimuksella olevat ja osa-aikatyössä olevat, päätoimiset opiskelijat sekä yrittäjät.) Asiakas voi olla kokonaan vailla ammatillista koulutusta tai alanvaihtoa harkitseva. Asiakkaalla voi olla terveydellisiä vaikeuksia tai muita työllistymiseen vaikuttavia hidasteita, mutta työkykyä on oltava vähintään työkokeiluun tai osa-aikatyöhön. Asiakkaalla tulee olla riittävä kielitaito ja tietotekniset perustaidot työhönvalmennukseen osallistumiseksi palvelun kielillä (suomi, ruotsi ja englanti) ilman tulkkia. Asiakkaalla on mahdollisuus viittomakielen tulkkaukseen palvelun kielillä. Viittomakielen tulkkauksen järjestämisestä vastaa palveluntuottaja.
