Occupational health services - Kemi-Tornio workplace

The subject of the procurement is the statutory occupational health services and general practitioner level healthcare services offered to the staff at Lappia's Kemi-Tornio workplaces. The content of the occupational health service agreement and the services to be procured will be agreed upon in more detail during contract negotiations and in the action plan to be made with the selected supplier. Only one (1) supplier of occupational health services will be selected for the Kemi-Tornio area. The selected supplier must offer occupational health services according to Lappia's service needs in both cities, Kemi and Tornio, where the Kemi-Torniolaakso Education Consortium Lappia has several locations and currently a total of 285 employees. The service must be accessible on weekdays between 8 AM and 3 PM. The price-quality scoring will be determined by price (max 55 points), accessibility (max 20 points), and the occupational health service plan uploaded by the supplier (max 25 points). Scoring criteria: * Price max 55 points * Quality 1. Accessibility max 20 points * Quality 2. Service plan - max 25 points - upload the service plan as an appendix to the offer (note the criteria presented in the request for proposals) If the supplier also offers services at locations other than the actual workplaces of Lappia's staff, the supplier must also indicate other occupational health service locations of the supplier in the Lapland region and, for example, in Oulu, in the service plan to be uploaded as an appendix to the offer. The tenderer must provide the contracting entity with references, based on which the contracting entity will assess the tenderer's ability to provide easily accessible and equal occupational health services to Lappia's employees in the Kemi and Tornio regions as described in the service needs description.
