Ułańska 11 - Thermal Insulation, Renovation, and Reconstruction of a Building in Gdańsk, as part of the project entitled "Comprehensive Energy Modernization of Residential and Commercial Buildings (...) in the years 2017-2020"

This tender concerns the thermal insulation, renovation, and reconstruction of a multi-family residential and commercial building located at Ułańska 11 in Gdańsk. The project also involves changing the intended use of certain premises, constructing a rainwater drainage connection, building a waste storage shelter, and demolishing existing utility structures. This work is being undertaken as part of a larger initiative titled "Comprehensive Energy Modernization of Residential and Commercial Buildings located within the area of the City of Gdańsk in the years 2017-2020".

The scope of works includes demolition and dismantling activities, site development, general construction works, sanitary installations, and electrical installations. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for preparing an energy performance certificate for the entire building and for each individual unit. A post-construction energy audit for the building is also a required deliverable. This project aims to improve the energy efficiency and functionality of the building within the framework of the city's broader energy modernization program.
