Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Übernahme, Sortierung und Verwertung des kommunalen Anteils der Dortmunder Wertstofftonne (DWT) im Sammelgebiet der Stadt Dortmund (Gebietsschlüssel NW013). Der kommunale Anteil beträgt gemäß der zwischen der DOWERT Dortmunder Wertstoff GmbH (DOWERT) und den Systembetreibern getroffenen Aufteilung rd. 18 % des DWT-Gesamtinputs (kommunales Pflichtgeschäft) und ist gemäß den Vorgaben des Verpackungs-recht-Durchführungsgesetzes (VerpackDG) zu sortieren.
