Motor vehicle insurance for organizational units subordinate to or supervised by the Minister of Justice

1. The subject of the basic Order is insurance services for the Units, for a period of 36 months, calculated separately for each motor vehicle reported in the I Accounting Period within the public procurement agreement referred to in § 3(1)(1.1) of the draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, in the following scope: 1.1. compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners, as referred to in the Act of May 22, 2003, on compulsory insurance, the Guarantee Fund, and the Polish Bureau of Motor Insurers (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 367, as amended) and in Section II, Chapter 1 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Civil Liability Insurance" or "OC"; 1.2. Auto Casco insurance, as referred to in Section II, Chapter 2 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Casco Insurance" or "AC"; 1.3. Driver and Passenger Personal Accident insurance, as referred to in Section II, Chapter 3 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Personal Accident Insurance" or "NNW"; 1.4. Assistance insurance, as referred to in Section II, Chapter 4 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Assistance Insurance" or "ASS"; 1.5. civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners in foreign traffic, as referred to in Section II, Chapter 5 of Annex No. 1 to the Agreement "Description of the Subject of the Order" constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "Green Card Insurance" or "ZK". 2. The description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. Detailed terms and conditions for the provision of services are included in the Draft Agreement constituting Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 4. The list of Units for which the proceedings are conducted is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 5. The insurance periods for motor vehicles are indicated in the "List of Vehicles" constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ "List of Vehicles - Cost Calculation". 6. Detailed data on the Units and vehicles necessary for assessing insurance risk, including data on the subject of insurance and claims history, are included in Annexes to the SWZ from No. 8 to No. 10. 7. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial bids. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The announcement indicated: a) the total estimated value of the order, which includes the value of the basic order and the optional order up to a maximum of 70%, i.e., PLN 8,919,823.50 net; The total estimated value of the basic order is: PLN 5,246,955.00 net; b) "the value of all contracts awarded in this notice" is PLN 7,920,743.70 net and includes the amount of the basic order in the amount of: PLN 4,659,261.00 net and the amount of the optional order of 70%; c) "The tender value" is a net value and includes the amount of the basic order and the amount of the optional order.
