Insurance of vehicles of organizational units of the Lublin Voivodeship Self-Government

1. The subject of the order is motor insurance for the following Units of the Lublin Voivodeship: 1) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Biała Podlaska; 2) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Chełm; 3) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Lublin; 4) Provincial Road Traffic Centre in Zamość; 5) Lublin Landscape Parks Complex; 6) Provincial Office of Geodesy and Land Management in Lublin; 7) Lublin Village Museum in Lublin; 8) Local Government Teacher Training Centre; 9) Museum of the Vistula in Kazimierz Dolny; 10) Janowiec Castle Museum; 11) Gardzienice Centre for Theatre Practices; 12) Lublin Opera; 13) Hieronim Łopaciński Provincial Public Library in Lublin; 14) Zamoyski Museum in Kozłówka; 15) Centre for the Meeting of Cultures in Lublin; 16) Museum of Polar Research in Puławy; 17) Provincial Labour Office in Lublin; 18) Regional Centre for Social Policy in Lublin; 19) Lublin Conference Centre; 20) Provincial Road Administration in Lublin (with Provincial Road Districts); 21) Lublin Centre for Innovation and Technology. 2. The scope of insurance includes: 1) Mandatory third-party liability insurance for owners of motor vehicles for damages caused by the movement of these vehicles (OCppm) and Civil Liability Insurance for owners of motor vehicles in foreign traffic - Green Card. (ZK), 2) Insurance of consequences of unfortunate accidents for the driver and passengers (NNW), 3) Auto-casco insurance (AC) with theft risk (KR), 4) Assistance insurance (ASS). 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the detailed method of executing the main order and the order executed under the Option Right are specified in the following attachments: 1) Attachment No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter OPZ), 2) Attachment No. 1a to SWZ – Rules for reporting and settling claims, 3) Attachment No. 1b to SWZ – List of vehicles, 4) Attachment No. 3 to SWZ – Essential contract provisions (hereinafter IPU). 4. In matters not regulated in the IPU, the Contractor's General Insurance Conditions (hereinafter OWU) will apply, which will be attached to the IPU. 5. In case of conflict between the regulations contained in the IPU and SWZ and the provisions of the OWU, the provisions of the IPU and SWZ shall apply. 6. Pursuant to art. 441 sec. 1 Pzp, the Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of exercising the Option Right on the terms specified in Attachment No. 3 to SWZ – Essential Contract Provisions. 7. As a result of this procedure, the Contracting Authority foresees the possibility of granting orders under Option Rights for the duration of the contract, up to 10% of the value of the main order.
