Rainwear

The subject of the order is the successive delivery of rainwear. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. An estimate of the quantities is included in the unit price form (Annex No. 8 to the SWZ). The quantities of the subject of the order provided in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ are indicative and serve for comparison and evaluation of offers, subject to points 3.4 - 3.6 and 3.9 of the SWZ. The conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). The subject of the order has been divided into 2 tasks (parts), hereinafter referred to as "Tasks": Task 1: Rainwear 1. Rain jacket; 2. Rain pants; 3. Fabric cap with membrane; The subject of the order must comply with: a) The detailed description of the subject of the order provided in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ b) The samples of the clothing assortment that are the subject of the order, located at the Contracting Authority's premises in Stargard, ul. Wojska Polskiego 119. c) Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 on personal protective equipment and repealing Council Directive 89/686/EEC (OJ EU L 2016.81.51) for: Task No. 1: item 1 - Rain jacket, item 2 - Rain pants, The documents mentioned in point 3.3 a) - c) of the SWZ complement each other, forming the entirety of the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to order custom-made items for each item included in the subject of the order for Task 1. The order for custom tailoring may not exceed 20% of the total quantity of each item from the unit price form which is Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. Ordering custom-made items does not affect the unit prices.
