Description

Gegenstand der vorgesehenen Vergabe ist die Ausschreibung von Betriebs-, Support-, Projekt- und Fortschreibungsleistungen für zentrale Unified-Communication- und Kollaborations-plattformen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere für den Bereich Telefonie die bestehende zentrale Cisco-VoIP-Infrastruktur einschließlich ergänzender Kommunikationskomponenten (u. a. Vermittlungsstellenlösungen, DECT, Fax- und Alarmierungsdienste) sowie für den Bereich Video Conferencing (mit Telefonie- Funktionen) die zentrale Webex-Cloudplattform und künftig vorgesehene Microsoft Teams Lösung beziehungsweise Microsoft 365. Der Vergabegegenstand unterteilt sich in 2 Lose. Im Folgenden werden die vertragsgegenständlichen Leistungen und zugehörigen Rahmenbedingungen für den Bereich Unified Communications für folgende Leistungsbereiche spezifiziert: Mit dem hier gegenständlichen EU-weiten Vergabeverfahren werden zwei Leistungserbringer ausgewählt, die für die unterschiedlichen Leistungsbereiche in Los 1 und Los 2 jeweils: - über fundiertes Hersteller- und Systemwissen verfügen und den Betrieb der jeweiligen Anwendungsinfrastruktur und -lösung insb. im Rahmen eines Second-Anwendersupports sicherstellen und - die Funktions- und Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der eingesetzten Umgebungen im Rahmen von notwendigen Requests for Change (technisch oder fachlich) und Projekten erhalten und weiterentwickeln. Für den Leistungsbereich Videoconferencing wird zusätzlich die Migration bzw. der Technologiewechsel von Webex zu Microsoft Teams fachlich und technisch unterstützt. Die Leistungsbereiche sind ausgiebig in Abschnitt 1.5 für Los 1 und 1.6 für Los 2 beschrieben. Für Los 1 - Dienstleistungen im Bereich VoIP wird ein geschätztes Auftragsvolumen von 2,154 Mio. € netto erwartet. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 2,585 Mio. € netto. Für Los 2 - Dienstleistungen im Bereich Video Conferencing (mit Telefonie-Funktionen) wird ein geschätztes Auftragsvolumen von 1,981 Mio. € netto erwartet. Der Höchstwert der Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 2,377 Mio. € netto.
