UCA 25/014 - Purchase, installation and maintenance of a digital cutting table

This procurement procedure aims to establish a single framework contract, with a maximum duration of 11 years, for the acquisition and ongoing support of a digital cutting table. This equipment is intended to equip the production services of the SGC (Service Général de la Coordination) with a state-of-the-art digital cutting solution. The table will be installed at the SGC's printing facility and will be integral to the daily operations involving the production and finishing of high-quality, full-color printed posters, signage, and marketing materials. Specifically, the contract encompasses the supply, installation, and commissioning of the digital cutting table. These manuals must be delivered no later than the machine's delivery date. Furthermore, the scope of work includes ongoing maintenance, the provision of necessary accessories, associated services, and comprehensive training for operators, to be conducted at the SGC's printing premises. The objective is to ensure the SGC has a reliable and efficient digital cutting capability to support its diverse printing production needs.
