Description
The provision of general 10KV Medium Voltage (MV) substation (the term substation shall include any MV equipment i.e. main 10KV board and other switching stations with or without power transformers) maintenance in accordance with original manufacturer standards, BS6626 1985 or international equivalent, covering MV switchgear, power transformers, protection devices and all associated trip mechanisms and repair of damaged underground or above ground cabling etc. The services shall also include maintenance of main board incoming LV circuit-breaker and power-factor correction equipment within the strict confines of the issued drawings. The Contractor will be required to provide a 24hr staffed 1-hour emergency response service.
