Boligerne skal opføres i Hundested og omfatter en udvidelse af det eksisterende plejecenter med boliger særligt indrettet til demensramte beboere. Udvidelsen finder sted på det nordlige byggefelt ved Søndergade og består af én etage med i alt 14 boliger, fordelt på 939 m² boligareal samt 310 m² serviceareal. Se Bilag 4, hvor udvidelsen af plejeboliger for demensramte borgere er beskrevet – Hundested, det nordlige byggefelt ved Søndergade, 1 etage. Udførelsestedet er: Søndergade 81a, 3390 Hundested.
