Original language: daSønderborg Kommune (herefter benævnt ”Ordregiver”) ønsker at gennemføre et udbud af frokostordning til daginstitutioner i Sønderborg Kommune. Udbudsprocessen vedrører indgåelse af en Rammeaftale om levering af frokostordning til de daginstitutioner i Sønderborg Kommune, hvor der ved forældreafstemning er valgt en frokostordning. Der er for nuværende 38 daginstitutioner i Sønderborg Kommune, som alle er integrerede institutioner med både vuggestue og børnehave, hvor der afstemmes separat for vuggestue og børnehave. Afstemningen foregår hvert andet år, og finder sted forud for denne Rammeaftales indgåelse i maj/juni 2026. I medfør af Dagtilbudsloven § 16a skal alle børn i kommunale daginstitutioner tilbydes et sundt frokostmåltid alle hverdage. Den udbudte frokostordning skal derfor bestå af et sundt og ernæringsfyldt måltid, der tilgodeser børns sundhed og trivsel. Krav til indholdet af ordningen fremgår af Rammeaftalebilag 1 – Kravspecifikation.
