Rammeaftalen har til formål at dække ETKs løbende behov for leje af telte og tilhørende faciliteter til Forsvarsministeriets og underliggende myndigheders etablissementer. Rammeaftalen omfatter levering af den udbudte ydelse til Ordregivers lokationer i hele Danmark, inkl. ikke-brofaste øer. Der forventes dog alene et mindre behov for levering af ydelser til ikke-brofaste øer. Rammeaftalen indgås for en 4-årig periode, og den anslåede årlige værdi udgør 35.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms – det vil sige samlet 140.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms. Rammeaftalens maksimale værdi udgør 280.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms.
