Behovet har været at se på Dagbeskæftigelsen som helhed, så de fysiske placeringer vil give bedre udnyttelse for både borgere og personale. Totalrådgivningen omfatter arbejde med følgende 3 adresser i prioriteret rækkefølge: 1) Perronen, Langelandsvej 22, 5500 Middelfart, 2) Fælleshåb, Bogensevej 123, 5500 Middelfart, og 3) Landejendommen, Nørregade 140, 5592 Ejby. Middelfart Kommune har ønsket at finde en rådgiver, der i samarbejde med Middelfart Kommune, skal videreudvikle det skitseoplæg der fremgik af udbudsmaterialet.
