Tender number 1

The tender number (sub-contract) covers the following medicines: ATC Code: L01FC01 · Generic name: Daratumumab · Dosage form: Injection · Strength: 1800 mg · Unit value: 64.3 mg · Quantity in units: 610073. Each tender number is considered an independent sub-contract and is tendered independently of the other tender numbers. A supplier may therefore choose to bid on one, several or all tender numbers, and awarding is done separately for each individual tender number. A supplier may thus be awarded one, several or all sub-contracts. Reference is made to the tender conditions, including regarding the submission of bids under the individual tender numbers. Under the heading “quantity in units” above, an estimated consumption of the medicines under the tender number is indicated, but the actual consumption may deviate significantly from it. Suppliers must take this into account. The reason for this is that these are medicines for patient treatment in public hospitals, where the patient's needs must be met. One or more of the tendered medicines are covered by assessments and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, and the consumption of the various medicines may be significantly affected by this.
