Tender Number 1

The tender number (subcontract) covers the following medicines: ATC Code: L01FX31 · Generic name: Zolbetuximab · Dosage form: Infusion solution · Strength: 100 - 300 mg · Unit value: 45.714 mg · Quantity in units: 9999. Each tender number is considered an independent subcontract and is tendered independently of the other tender numbers. A supplier may therefore choose to bid on one, several, or all tender numbers, and awards are made separately for each individual tender number. A supplier may thus be awarded one, several, or all subcontracts. Reference is made to the tender conditions, including those regarding the submission of bids under the individual tender numbers. Under the heading "quantity in units" above, an estimated consumption of the medicines under the tender number is indicated, but the actual consumption may deviate significantly from it. Suppliers must take this into account. This is because the medicines are for patient treatment in public hospitals, where the patient's needs must be met. The tendered medicines are also covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, and the consumption of the various medicines may be significantly affected by these. For a more detailed description, please refer to the tender conditions and the framework agreement. The maximum value of the subcontract below under point 5.1.5 is calculated as a share of 100% of the estimated total value of all subcontracts stated in point 2.1.3. This is because all the tendered medicines are covered by one or more recommendations and/or treatment guidelines from the Danish Medicines Council, which assesses which of the tendered medicines are recommended for treatment for different patient populations, possibly such that certain medicines are considered equivalent first choices, recommended for use in a prioritized order, or similar. The Danish Medicines Council's assessment may therefore have significant implications for which of the tendered medicines are used within different therapy areas and patient populations, and the consumption of individual medicines may also depend on current contract prices. This means that it is not possible to estimate during the tender which medicines will primarily be used during the term of the framework agreement, and it is possible that the use of the medicines may change significantly during the term of the framework agreements, including in particular upon approval of new indications for individual medicines, changed treatment of one or more patient populations, and similar. The determination of the maximum value of the individual subcontracts as a share of the total estimated quantity of all subcontracts is intended to ensure that each of the concluded framework agreements can be used for the necessary procurement. The maximum value is thus determined on the basis of a professional assessment of the potential use of the medicines, taking into account the special circumstances regarding the use of medicines in public hospitals and the significant impact that the Danish Medicines Council's recommendation and/or treatment guideline may have on the actual consumption of individual medicines, including significant changes in the consumption of different medicines.
