Leszka Gieca Śląskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Katowicach, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice (zwanego dalej: Szpitalem) w następującym zakresie: 1. Udzielanie świadczeń zdrowotnych w Oddziale Kardiochirurgii z zakresów: kardiochirurgia –hospitalizacja oraz kardiochirurgiczne procedury wysokospecjalistyczne, w trakcie zwykłej ordynacji czasu pracy i dyżurów medycznych. 2. Pełnienie funkcji Zastępcy Lekarza Kierującego Oddziałem Kardiochirurgii w czasie nieobecności w pracy Lekarza Kierującego Oddziałem Kardiochirurgii.
